Victoria Vinader has a strong background in research and academia. Victoria currently works as a Research Manager at the Bone Cancer Research Trust since August 2019. Prior to this, they were a Lecturer in drug toxicology and safety pharmacology at the Institute of Cancer Therapeutics from August 2007 to August 2019. Victoria has also held various roles at GlaxoSmithKline, including Senior Investigator from 2000 to 2006 and Senior research chemist from 1995 to 2000. Before that, they worked as a Senior research chemist at Glaxo Group Research from 1992 to 1995. Victoria began their career as a Senior Fulbright Fellow at The Johns Hopkins University, where they conducted postdoctoral research from 1990 to 1992 under the supervision of Prof. Gary H. Posner.
Victoria Vinader obtained their Licenciatura en Ciencias Quimicas degree in Chemistry from Universidad de Murcia from 1981 to 1986. Victoria continued their education at the same university and earned their PhD in Organic Chemistry from 1987 to 1990.
