Billy Smith

Billy Smith is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Bone Dry Roofing since July 2024, Billy previously held the position of Vice President of Service and Construction at Dilling Group Inc. from June 2021 to June 2024, and Chief Operating Officer at Weaver Popcorn from July 2019 to June 2021. Billy's career includes significant roles at Cargill from 2007 to 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Operations Leader to the management of several plant operations. Billy began a professional journey in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic from April 2004 to September 2007, and holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from National American University.
