Tim Hardt is a Sales Enablement and Business Development Manager at Bone Dry Roofing, where they oversee sales process improvement and coach local market sales teams. With over a decade of experience in sales enablement and corporate training, Tim's previous roles include Sales Training Manager at Angi and Executive Regional Manager at Paragon Dynamics. They founded and directed the Indy Juniors VBC, INC., growing it into a premier youth volleyball club and achieving multiple national accolades. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education and Spanish from Ball State University, where they continue their studies.
