Daniel Burnett

Daniel Burnett has a long history of founding and leading various companies in the medical device space. In 2006, they founded EMKinetics and Theranova, LLC, where they served as the Founder and CEO. Theranova, LLC has since spun out 6 venture-backed companies in the last 7 years, raising over $100 million. In 2009, they founded Channel Medsystems, Inc. and served as the Founder and Director. In 2011, they became an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of California, San Francisco in the Department of Bioengineering. In 2012, they founded Potrero Medical and served as the Founder and Chairman. In 2015, they founded RESPIRIX and Perikinetics Inc, where they served as the Founder and Chairman and Founder and CMO respectively. In 2016, they founded Bone Health Technologies and served as the Founder and CMO. In 2017, they founded Handl and served as the Founder and Chairman. In 2020, they founded JustAir, Inc. and served as the Founder and CEO.

Daniel Burnett completed their education history by attending Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained their MBA in MBA. Daniel also attended Duke University from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained an MD MBA in Engineering, Medicine, and Business. Daniel also attended Duke University School of Medicine from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine - MD in Medicine. Lastly, they attended the University of Pennsylvania from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained their BSE in Bioengineering.
