Jamie GrundmanBrady has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Bartender/Mixologist at Bonefish Grill since January 2010, Jamie previously held a similar role at Red Robin from June 2006 to February 2010. Additionally, Jamie has been a Specialist 3 Team Lead at T-Mobile since June 2008, focusing on workload management and process improvements. Jamie's foundational experience includes serving in the US Navy from December 1995 to March 2001 as a Disbursing Clerk and Damage Controlman, responsible for payroll management and crew training.
