Rudolph Vitale is an experienced professional with a background in finance, sales, and event management. Currently serving as a bartender at Bonefish Grill since July 2021, Rudolph excels in upselling and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous roles include Inbound Sales Specialist at Sourgum Waste and Vice President of Finance for the Student Activity Board at New Jersey City University, where responsibilities included budgeting, purchasing for events, and entertainment program creation. Additional experience encompasses social media management and stage assistance at Rock-it Docket, as well as serving as a Student Ambassador at Brookdale Community College. Rudolph holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New Jersey City University and two Associate's degrees in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College.

Fueled by their mutual passion for fish and adventure, our founders set out to create a unique dining experience- one that would take the mystery out of fish for people who didn't eat it very often, and yet provide further mystery for the truly adventurous. In their search to find fish from the waters of the world, they hunted down fish purveyors with the same commitment to quality as theirs. They hired a responsible fish guy who never stops traveling in search of unique species. Today, the founders' ritual of receiving, inspecting and hand cutting fish daily is still practiced by the partners at Bonefish Grill. As is their dogged commitment to quality and excellence at every level. On January 15, 2000 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the first Bonefish Grill was born. People turned out in droves! The success of their vision has generated restaurant growth that has taken them throughout the Southeast and Northeastern coasts, and today Bonefish Grill has begun expanding throughout the U.S.
