Tom Carter

Tom Carter has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Operating Partner at Bonefish Grill since December 2019, where previous roles included Managing Partner in Training and Culinary Manager. Prior to this, Tom worked at RB Staffing as a Senior Restaurant Talent Consultant and Recruiter for Pei Wei Asian Diner, and at Pilot Flying J as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and Market Recruiter, focusing on the hiring of retail and restaurant managers in the Southeastern Region. Earlier in Tom's career, positions included General Manager Operations and Restaurant General Partner at Brinker International, as well as Manager at Copper Cellar Corporation. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed between 1991 and 1993.
