Alberto Anania

Alberto Anania has extensive experience in the manufacturing and quality management sectors, currently serving as Aftersales Manager and Plant Quality Manager at Bonfiglioli since April 2001. Notably, Alberto has held the position of Lean Production Manager since January 2011, focusing on implementing Lean Thinking in Bonfiglioli's branches in Germany and the USA. Previous roles at Bonfiglioli include Customer Quality Manager, where Alberto developed a KPI system for production and managed initiatives for continuous improvement. Before Bonfiglioli, Alberto worked as a Consultant at Link, specializing in production and quality systems, and served as Supply Chain Manager at ALASKA SRL, overseeing logistics and operational planning. Alberto holds a degree in Management Engineering from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, obtained from 1990 to 1997.
