Giuseppe Catalano

Giuseppe Catalano has extensive experience in engineering and process management, currently serving as the Process and System Governance Manager at Bonfiglioli since January 2018, focusing on process design, standardization, and continuous improvement. Prior to this role, Giuseppe was the R&D Data and Method Manager at Rossi S.p.A (Habasit group) from September 2010 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing PDM/PLM systems, CAD and CAE tools, technical calculations, ERP configurations, and technical documentation. Giuseppe began their career as a Gearboxes Design Engineer and later contributed to the R&D team for Planetary Gear Reducers at Reggiana Riduttori s.r.l. from January 2004 to September 2010. Educational achievements include a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Design) from Università degli Studi di Palermo and a scientific high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Vincenzo Fardella.
