Luca Proserpio

Luca Proserpio has a diverse and extensive work experience. Luca started their career at Sacma S.p.A as a Process Engineer in 1998. Luca then worked at Costameccanica S.p.A as a Project Engineer & Quality Manager Assistant, where they were responsible for technical feasibility and quality management. In 2000, they joined Zambello Group as an Area Manager & Quality Manager, focusing on business development and ISO quality system certification. In 2002, Luca joined Bonfiglioli, where they held various roles including Technical Manager, R&D Manager, OEM Sales Manager, and Heavy Duty & Customer Application Engineering Manager. Luca also worked as a Technical Director at Galbiati Group before returning to Bonfiglioli as the Head of Project Office & Product Launch in 2020. Throughout their career, Luca has demonstrated proficiency in project management, technical training, and quality system implementation.

Luca Proserpio completed their Master Universitario in Business Administration (MBA) from Bologna Business School in 2009. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Ingegneria Meccanica) from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed in 1996. Their education journey began at Collegio San Carlo, where they earned a Diploma di Maturità Scientifica in 1990.
