Marco Mossuto

Marco Mossuto has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various companies. Marco currently serves as the Chief Human Capital Officer at Bonfiglioli. Prior to that, they held positions such as HR Director and Transformation HR Director at Lindt & Sprüngli Italia and Lindt & Sprüngli. Marco also worked as the Human Resources Director at Caffarel and Loro Piana. Before entering the corporate world, Mossuto served in the military as a Carabinieri Ausiliario. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in HR management, change management, and strategic planning.

Marco Mossuto completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Università degli Studi di Torino between 1996 and 2000. In 2015 to 2017, they pursued an Executive MBA from LIUC Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Additionally, in 2012 to 2013, Marco attended a Business Coach program. In 2023, they are planning to attend the Executive leadership program at IMD.
