Paolo Molinari

Paolo Molinari has extensive work experience in various companies. Paolo started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Basis Engineering in 2001. Paolo then worked at Maserati as a Process & Product Audit from 2002 to 2006. After that, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Suppliers Development Engineer from 2006 to 2007. Paolo then moved to Ferrari, where they worked as an Engines Production Manager from 2007 to 2009 and as a Powertrain Quality Manager from 2010 to 2013. Currently, they are working at Bonfiglioli as the Industrial Business Unit Quality Director from 2013 to 2015 and as the Chief Quality, HSE, After Sales Officer from 2015 onwards.

Paolo Molinari completed the Program for Management Development (PMD) at IESE Business School from 2018 to 2019. Previously, they studied Aerospace Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 1995 to 2001.
