Todd Montgomery has over 25 years of experience in customer relationship management. Todd is currently a board member at Bonfire Digital Wellness, and was previously with Beachbody as SVP, Customer Relationship Management. In this role, Todd was responsible for optimizing the end to end customer experience for Beachbody. Todd oversaw a network of 1,000+ agents that serviced customers and distributors using voice, chat, email, and back office channels. Todd's goal was to maximize customer lifetime value by providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring optimal engagement with Beachbody products and services. This included deploying appropriate technology infrastructure and self service capabilities, optimizing processes to reduce customer and agent effort, driving efficiencies to reduce cost to serve, evolving / elevating training and quality assurance functions, and modernizing workforce management disciplines. Coverage included customers in the US, Canada and the UK (plus future expansion into new geographies), and encompassed nutrition, fitness and beauty products through both ecommerce, personal selling and fitness center distribution channels.

Todd Montgomery completed a BA in Economics at Duke University. Todd then went on to complete an MBA in Finance at Temple University.
