Evan Shorey

Evan Shorey has over 15 years of work experience in various finance and project controls roles. Evan is currently working as the Sr. Director - Finance & Project Controls at Bonfire Infrastructure Group since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director - Project Controls at Mears Group, Inc. from February 2021 to February 2023. Evan also held the role of Project Controls - West at Mears Group, Inc. from March 2020 to February 2021. Before joining Mears Group, Inc., Evan worked in the finance department at Altra Running - VF Corp. Outdoor from April 2019 to March 2020. Evan also worked as the Lead Project Controller at Henkels & McCoy from July 2017 to April 2019. Evan has experience as a Sr. Analyst - Finance at CenturyLink Business from December 2014 to August 2016. Evan started their career as a Project Analyst at G4S Technology from August 2011 to December 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Network Expense Analyst at Zayo Group from September 2009 to August 2011. Evan also gained valuable experience through internships at Level 3 Communications, where they worked as a Network Infrastructure Services Intern from January 2009 to September 2009, and as a Right-of-Way Contract Analyst Intern from October 2007 to December 2008.

Evan Shorey obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Finance, from Colorado State University Global. This degree was earned between the years 2013 and 2017. Prior to that, Evan Shorey earned a Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) from the University of Denver.
