Josh Squires currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Growth at Bongo since November 2023. With over 20 years of experience in the learning industry, Josh leads organizations in optimizing their learning strategies and advising on best practices as a Learning Transformation Leader at Solving Business Problems and Proving Impact since January 2019. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Sales at 360Learning, Senior Vice President of Growth at Looop, and Chief Strategy Officer at the American University of Malta, where significant achievements included recruiting 147 students in under 6 months and securing accreditations across multiple countries. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Docebo, MoWerks Learning, TrainingWerks, ITT Technical Institute, and Veritas Multimedia, along with advanced academic credentials including a PhD (ABD) from The University of Georgia and an MS from the University of North Texas.
