Christian Merizalde Aguilar

Christian Merizalde Aguilar has extensive experience in business development and management roles. Christian currently works as a Strategic Business Development professional at Grupo Mérica Foods. Prior to this, they served as a New Business Development Manager at BONGUZTA, where they focused on importing and negotiating quality food products. Christian also co-founded and served as the President of FUTURE TALENTS, an athletic company that provides comprehensive services and promotes talent in early stages. Christian held the position of Chief Commercial Officer & Co-Founder of Nova Drinks and Foods at GRUPO NM. Additionally, Christian worked as an International Business Development & Export Manager at DLIP Industrial, a biotechnology company specializing in functional foods and nutraceuticals. Christian also served as the Director Comercial at Tropical Foods, where they oversaw the production and exportation of hearts of palm and cassava. Early in their career, Christian gained experience as a Trade Officer at PRO ECUADOR, focusing on promoting exports and attracting foreign investment.

Christian Merizalde Aguilar completed a Master's degree in Business Management, Products, and Services at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they attended the University of Wales, Cardiff from 2008 to 2012, where they studied International Business, although they did not earn a degree in this field.
