Will Hughes is a seasoned IT and business solutions professional with extensive experience in the art and luxury collectibles sector. Currently serving as the Global Head of IT Service Delivery and Head of Business Solutions at Bonhams since April 2017, Will previously held several roles at Paddle8, including Operations Director for the UK and Sr. Business Analyst. Will's career began at Christies with an internship in Old Master Paintings before progressing to Bonhams as a Support Analyst and later as a Systems & Business Process Trainer. Will's analytical background was further developed at Quru, where roles included Business Analyst and Support Analyst. Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Hull and received a TAP Certification in Training Design & Development from The Training Foundation.
