Rick Miller

Rick Miller is currently the Global Head of IT Service Delivery at ZS. Previously, Rick held the position of Interim Chief Information Officer at The Advisory Board Company, where Rick focused on company divestiture and merger activities. With a strong background in IT management, Rick has held roles such as Managing Director of Product & Employee Services and Senior Technical Director at AOL, Inc. / Time Warner. Rick has also served as an International Project Manager and New Technology Manager at AOL, Inc. Rick holds a Master of Science in Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia.
