Sarper Sılaoğlu co-founded Boni Global, a high-tech company that provides IoT and RTLS solutions to make buildings smarter. Prior to that, Sarper worked as an Entrepreneur at Airbus BizLab, focusing on enhancing passenger experience during flights. With experience as an Executive Consultant at Grameen Bank and as a Senior Consultant at Akbank, Sarper has a strong background in developing communication services for micro-entrepreneurs and retail banking innovation. Sarper holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, BSc in Statistics, and BSc in Food Engineering from various universities. "Social Integrity" concept was coined by Sarper Silaoglu, encompassing various services and opportunities in social entrepreneurship.
