Lisa Nelhiebel is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Design Team Lead and Lead Product Designer at bonify Germany since June 2025. With a focus on shaping design culture and enhancing design quality across user journeys, Lisa has previously held roles such as Senior Product Designer and Product Designer at Taxfix, contributing to Germany's popular tax filing software. Additionally, Lisa has provided mentorship to master's students at Tomorrow University of Applied Sciences in sustainable entrepreneurship. Prior experience includes UX/UI design at ELEMENT Insurance AG, product design consultancy for UnitPlus, and freelance work in product and UX design. Lisa's educational background encompasses a Master of Arts in Advanced Design from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and multiple degrees in Industrial Design.
