Rachel Henderson

Rachel Henderson has held various roles in the healthcare and senior living industry since 1997. Rachel began their career as Administrator/Marketing & Admissions/Caregiver at NorthView Gardens. In 2007, they moved to AmericanWay Assisted Living as Executive Director of Community Relations, where they helped launch the brand and grow the company to offer 100+ beds at seven facilities. From 2014-2018, Rachel worked at Solaris Consulting LLC as Community Relations, then at Panira Health Care as Director of Business Development. In 2019, they became Director of Sales Marketing at The Preserve. Since 2020, Rachel has held two positions at The Terraces at Bonita Springs and The Terraces of Bonita Springs as Director of Marketing and Community Relations and Director of Community Relations, respectively.

Rachel Henderson received their BSB/MKT degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate degree in Art/Art Studies, General from MATC Madison in 1997. In 2013, Henderson obtained a Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review certification from Capitol Lakes. In 2006, they obtained a Dementia Specialist certification from the Alzheimer's Association.
