Andrea Poulain has worked in various roles since 2011. Andrea began their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Incolmotos Yamaha in 2011. In 2016, they became a Marketplace Manager Assistant and Business Developer for UK/Finland/Sweden/Denmark/Portugal at SPARTOO.COM. In 2017, they took on the role of Charge Fidélisation Vendeurs at Cdiscount. In 2018, they became a Retail Solutions Business Developer at Hubstairs. In 2021, they became a Customer Succes Manager at Apizee and in 2022 they became a Customer Succès Representative for LATAM, North America and Europe at Bonitasoft.

Andrea Poulain has a diverse education history. From 2007 to 2012, they studied at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and obtained a degree in Diseño Industrial. From 2014 to 2016, they studied at the Universidad EAFIT and obtained a Maestría Mercadeo in Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general.
