Grégory Dumas

Grégory Dumas has had a varied work experience since 2005. Grégory began their career at Deloitte España as an Administrative Assistant, where they were responsible for coordination of outstanding payments, troubleshooting problems, and providing technical support and assistance. In 2007, they moved to Obradors Textiles as an Export Assistant, managing worldwide exportation and cooperating with Accounting for collection of outstanding invoices. In 2010, Grégory began working at RSD as a Revenue Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they were a Sales Operations Analyst at Rocket Software, where they supported and maintained RSD business activity, harmonized and integrated RSD data, managed maintenance and subscription renewals, and delivered business data and financial reporting. Currently, Grégory is a Sales Administrator at Bonitasoft, where they are responsible for monitoring and managing the renewal deal funnel, maintaining and updating data in the CRM tool, synchronizing with the Customer Success team, managing customer requests, and identifying new upsell opportunities.

Grégory Dumas obtained a DUT Techniques de Commercialisation from IUT Annecy in 1998-2000. Grégory then attended Cardiff University from 2000-2001, studying Business Administration, Management and Operations. Grégory earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Aix-Marseille University in 2001-2002, before completing a Master's degree in the same field at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2002-2003. In 2012, they obtained a certification in Administration Essentials for New Admins from Salesforce.
