Wendy Wason

Wendy Wason is an experienced guide and interpreter with a comprehensive background in the tourism industry, currently serving as a guide/interpreter for Adventure Travel West and Bonjour USA Tours since May 2005 and May 2000, respectively. Wendy specializes in leading German and French hiking groups in the Southwest, delivering lectures on various topics such as geology, geography, history, and flora and fauna. Additionally, Wendy has worked as a freelance guide since 1975, providing insights into the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond, including the East Coast, Europe, Central Asia, and South America. Wendy's career also includes a role as a tour leader at Gohagan and Company from June 2002 to June 2007. Academically, Wendy holds a Master’s Degree in Interpreting/Translation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor's Degree in English and French literature from Simmons University.
