David Coltrin

David Coltrin is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in modular construction and quality management. Currently serving as Quality Manager at BonnaVilla, a division of Chief Industries, Inc., since July 2018, David has previously held positions including Department Manager at The Home Depot and President at Rockborn Building Systems, where oversight of a large modular manufacturing plant in Nebraska was key. David also contributed to the field as Director of Commercial Development at Cascata Homes, enhancing builders' understanding of modular construction benefits, and as President at Alpha Omega Modular, focusing on design consulting for modular projects. David began a career in sales as Sales Manager at Champion Homes. Education includes a Master’s degree in History from the University of Central Missouri and a Bachelor's degree in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Central Bible College.
