Jean-Paul Zagarola is a senior program manager at Bonneville Environmental Foundation. Prior to this role, Jean-Paul has held positions such as ecologist/project manager at Third Stream Research and Consulting LLC., aquatics projects manager at Siuslaw Watershed Council, and experimental biological aid at Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Jean-Paul holds a Master's Degree in Social-Ecology and Watershed Management from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Portland State University.
