Throughout their tenure, Mark has held various leadership roles, including Director of Commercial Operations and multiple supervisory positions focusing on market policy, pricing, and analysis. Prior to joining Bonneville Power Administration, Mark worked as a Project Manager at Pace Global and held managerial and consulting roles at energyLeader.com and Hagler Bailly Consulting Inc. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of New Hampshire, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
