Max st. Brown

Max St. Brown currently serves as a Public Utilities Specialist specializing in long-term load forecasting at Bonneville Power Administration since April 2022. Previously, Max held the position of Senior Utility Analyst at the Public Utility Commission of the State of Oregon from April 2020 to March 2022, and served as a Senior Economist at the Oregon Department of Revenue in the Research Division from July 2018 to March 2020. Additional experience includes work as a Senior Utility Economist at the Oregon Public Utility Commission, Assistant Professor of Economics at Eckerd College, and as a Graduate Student at Washington State University. Max holds a PhD in Economics from Washington State University and a BS in Economics from Central Washington University.
