Chad Rufer

Chad Rufer is an accomplished broadcast professional with extensive experience in programming and management. Currently serving as the Group Director of Programming at Bonneville International since November 2017, Chad previously held the role of Vice President of Programming at CBS Radio, where significant achievements included elevating CBS Radio Cluster to the #1 market position for adults aged 25-54 and dramatically increasing AQH shares for multiple stations. Earlier, Chad worked as the Director of Programming at Fort Myers Broadcasting Company, successfully enhancing WINK-FM's ratings amidst fierce competition and expanding the station's e-club database. Prior roles include Program Director at Citadel Broadcasting, Operations Manager at Saga Communications and Renda Broadcasting, and On-Air Talent at various stations. Chad holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Social Science from Florida Gulf Coast University.
