John Wilson

John Wilson has extensive experience in the media industry, starting in 2005 at WKYT-TV as a Sports and Special Projects Photographer. In this role, they were responsible for shooting and editing stories, teaching storytelling and photojournalism techniques, and producing weekend sportscasts and sports programming. In 2014, they joined KSL 5 TV as the Chief Photographer until 2023. Currently, they are working as the Director of Video Strategy at Bonneville International.

John Wilson completed their Master's degree in Professional Communications from Southern Utah University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Eastern Kentucky University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcasting and Electronic Media.
