Carlota Lugo is a versatile professional with extensive experience in administrative roles, training, and graphic design. Currently serving as a Training Specialist and previously holding positions such as Human Resources Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at Bonnie Plants, LLC since March 2022, Carlota has cultivated a strong foundation in organizational support and employee development. Prior experience includes administrative support at Medelis, Inc., and The Walt Disney Company, along with a managerial role at Celebration Suites at Old Town. With a background in graphic design reflected through several positions from 2008 to 2016, Carlota holds degrees in Graphic Design and Architecture from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín and Universidad del Zulia, respectively, along with a diploma in Digital Design.
