Mike Sutterer

Michael Sutterer serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bonnie Plants, LLC, since April 2019, leading a team of over 4,500 dedicated to enhancing lives through the power of plants. Michael previously spent nearly two decades at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, where roles included Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Gardens Business, overseeing significant growth initiatives in a $1 billion category. Michael's marketing expertise was evident as Vice President of Marketing and Brand Operations for North America, where strategic turnaround efforts were implemented for the Ortho brand. Educational credentials include an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Florida, along with participation in The Ohio State University’s Advanced Leadership Program. Michael is currently pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
