Todd Green

Todd Green has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in various industries. Todd is currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Bonnie Plants, LLC since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of HR Business Partnership at Intrado, where they directed and executed HR strategies and provided consultative services to business leaders. Todd also held senior HR positions at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, where they led the HR organization for a strategic business unit and managed HR initiatives aligned with business goals. Todd has also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Hillshire Brands and Norbord.

Todd Green holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Clemson University. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA from King University. Todd completed their undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health. In addition to their academic background, Todd has also obtained certifications such as SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management in August 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute in January 2010.
