Tracy Wright is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including fashion and beauty. Currently serving as General Manager at Bonobos, Tracy successfully revitalized an underperforming store into one of the top locations since joining in July 2021. Previous roles include Services Manager at Ulta Beauty, where Tracy accelerated sales and managed a full-service salon, and Sales Manager, where efforts turned around a failing prestige department. Prior experience as Store Manager at TravisMathew Apparel involved rebuilding a struggling store, while a stint as Luxury Boutique Assistant Manager at RUTI INC. contributed to the successful launch of a first boutique. Tracy's career began with L'Oréal, where management roles included overseeing the opening of the brand's inaugural Arizona location and training staff. Earlier positions at Beauty 360 and Nordstrom enhanced Tracy's retail expertise, complemented by a background as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines, ensuring passenger safety and service excellence. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communication Arts from San Francisco State University.
