Elise Sudlow

Elise Sudlow currently serves as Chief of Staff at Bonsai Robotics, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Elise held various positions at Matternet from December 2018 to February 2024, including Head of BizOps, BizOps Lead, and BizOps Manager. Elise's early career includes a role as Program Assistant at the University of San Francisco from August 2015 to February 2018, where management of a large undergraduate program and operational tasks were key responsibilities. Additionally, Elise worked as Building Manager at Arizona State University Sun Devil Fitness Complex-West Campus from January 2013 to May 2015, overseeing student staff and facility operations, and served as Gym/Field Supervisor at UCSB Recreational Sports for a brief period in late 2013. Elise holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Business from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Arizona State University.
