James Bankhead

James Bankhead is an experienced project manager and software development leader with a robust background in managing complex projects and leading teams in high-stakes environments. Currently serving as Project Manager at Bont Software & Control Systems, Inc. since December 2020, James ensures that project priorities and schedules are clearly defined and tracked. Previously, as the Director/Manager of Product Development at Hitachi-CTA, James facilitated the transition to an Agile Scrum framework and oversaw the development of high-reliability software products. James's career includes significant roles at Nortel, including Manager of Software Development and Senior Software Designer, as well as a foundational position at Raytheon where responsibilities included software design and technical leadership for real-time systems. James holds a B.S. in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin.
