Eric Kastengren is an experienced Estimator and leader in the electrical construction industry with a career spanning over 26 years. Currently serving as the Head of Estimating for Mission Critical at Bonus Electric Co., LLC since September 2024, Eric previously held the position of Team Leader - Estimating at Continental Electrical Construction Co. from April 2007 to September 2024, where responsibilities included managing the estimating group and refining bid processes. Eric’s expertise also encompasses extensive budgeting and cost estimating for diverse commercial projects, as well as the deployment and training of Accubid Enterprise software. Earlier roles include Senior Estimator at WM Masters & Associates with a focus on commercial clients, Project Engineer and CAD Designer, and Electrician at CCC Group, Inc. Eric holds a degree from Iowa State University, completed in 1994.
