Nicholas Thooi

Nicholas Thooi serves as the Chief People Officer for BonusLink, Malaysia’s top loyalty program, since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nicholas held the position of Senior Group HR Director - Global at TDCX, overseeing HR operations across 18 countries with a total headcount of 18,000 from March 2023 to April 2024. Nicholas has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as People Director - APAC at Archetype, where leadership of HR strategy for six countries was key, and as Head of HR - APAC and Global Recruitment COE at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence. Nicholas also transformed HR practices as Head of HR - Asia for REA Group Asia and contributed to HR strategy development at GE and Pfizer. Early career roles include senior HR consultancy positions at Korn Ferry Hay Group, Accenture, and KellyOCG, along with an educational foundation in International Business and Business Management from Monash University.
