Bridget Trevarthen is an experienced People and Talent Acquisition professional with a diverse background in enhancing employee experiences and recruiting top talent across various industries. Currently serving as the People Experience Lead at Bonza since May 2022, Bridget focuses on creating outstanding workplace experiences through collaboration with the People & Culture team. Prior to this role, significant achievements include leading the Talent Team at Moreton Bay Regional Council as Principal Recruitment Partner, managing talent acquisition for Bupa's aged care facilities as Resourcing Leader, and sourcing exceptional talent at Woolworths Group and Virgin Australia in various capacities.
