Simon Galbraith is an entrepreneur and tentative philanthropist who co-founded and served as CEO of Redgate Software for over 20 years. In addition to his significant role at Redgate, they founded the Cambridge Leaders Academy and continue to serve in various non-executive and advisory roles for multiple innovative companies, including Macs Adventure, The Access Platform, and Gearset. Simon has also established Cade Hill Investments Ltd and the Cade Hill Catalyst Fund, where they focus on supporting ventures aimed at positive global impact. They hold a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Maths and Physics from Durham University.
