Austin Menden

Austin Menden currently serves as President of the Chapman Real Estate Association and works as an Asset Management Analyst at Book & Ladder. Prior experience includes co-founding and operating as COO at Temasek Bay, and managing sales as Area Sales Manager at Ignite Power, focusing on solar system installations in Southern California. Austin also dedicated two years as a full-time service missionary, where training and mentoring skills were developed. Austin holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Chapman University and has a prior education background from Brigham Young University and Mountain View High School.
