Frank Overtoom

Frank Overtoom is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Fractional CFO for Gravity Industries, BookMyGarage, and Fractional Execs Ltd, Frank has also held similar positions at Demeter and has a notable track record at Solera, where responsibilities included Vice President Finance for Germany, Switzerland, and Benelux, along with being Regional CFO for the UK and South Africa. Previous interim roles encompass high-profile positions at Oxford University Press, Fat Face, and Selfridges, showcasing expertise across diverse sectors including publishing, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Frank's career began at Pfizer, where leadership included European Business Development Director and UK Finance Director. Frank holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from UCL and is a Chartered Accountant through Coopers & Lybrand.
