Maria Rocelle Mansueto

Maria Rocelle Mansueto has worked in various positions since 2012. Maria Rocelle started out as a Junior Reports Developer at SGS, where they were responsible for creating templates using Legodo CCS Designer tool to produce automated documents, as well as integrating Legodo reports with Oracle CRM on Demand. In 2015, they moved to Smart Communications, Inc. as a Business Analyst, responsible for gathering requirements of client requests, documenting accurate information, and delivering and assigning requests to developers. In 2016, they worked as a Technical Customer Support Representative at Convergys, where they received calls from customers with concerns about their Microsoft windows operating system, and supported and assisted them with their issues. In 2017, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at the Philippine Taekwondo Association. Maria Rocelle then returned to SGS in 2018 as an Application Support, where they acknowledged incoming emails and calls from clients, analyzed their requests, concerns, or issues in the application, and provided Level 1 support. Currently, they are an Application Support Specialist at Book4Time Inc., which they started in 2021.

Maria Rocelle Mansueto completed their Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering Technology at the Technological University of the Philippines between 2007 and 2012, specializing in Computer Engineering.
