Shadeene H. has been working in the customer service industry since 2010. Shadeene began their career as a Customer Service Representative at The Beer Store and then moved on to become a Stylist at Nordstrom in 2015. In 2017, they began working at Body Blitz Spa as a Keyholder/Group Bookings Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. During their time in this role, they provided high-quality customer service, optimized schedules, and increased revenue and client base. In 2018, Shadeene began working at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Spa Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for on-boarding and training new hires, providing superior customer service, and leading daily operations of the spa. Most recently, in 2021, Shadeene began working as a Study Assistant at Remedy Institute. Finally, in 2022, they began working as an Onboarding Specialist at Book4Time Inc.
Shadeene H. completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Studies from Carleton University in 2013. In 2014, they earned a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Additionally, Shadeene has obtained various certifications, including Variables, Data Types, and Lists in Python Course from Dataquest.io in March 2022, Smart Serve from Smart Serve Ontario in June 2018, Good Clinical Practice from The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) in August 2021, and Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from St. John Ambulance Ontario in May 2021.
