Andrea Crnko

Andrea Crnko has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrea is currently working as the Head of Virtual Classroom Learning & Content Quality Assurance Management at The Access Group. Prior to this, they held a similar role at Bookboon Learning. Andrea also worked as a Content Quality Assurance Specialist at Bookboon Learning.

In the past, Andrea worked as a Team Lead DACH at Fotoempresas Photo Studio SL, where they led a multicultural team of Copywriters for a major fashion platform. Andrea implemented processes and guidelines to ensure efficient performance in the DACH market.

Andrea also has experience in marketing and project management. Andrea worked as the Corporate Marketing Communications Department Manager at LOGO jugendmanagement gmbH and held various project management roles. Additionally, they served as a Workshop Facilitator and provided counseling services.

Earlier in their career, Andrea worked as a Cabin Crew member at Austrian Airlines. Overall, they have a strong background in content quality assurance, virtual classroom learning, leadership, and project management.

From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University College of Teacher Education Styria, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education - BEd in Nutrition Pedagogy.

In 2010 to 2011, Andrea enrolled at bfi Graz and earned a diploma as a Sozial- und Berufspädagogin.

Between 2015 and 2017, they pursued a Master of Arts in Social Sciences with a specialization in Public Communication (postgradual study whilst in employment) at FH Joanneum.

Additionally, in February 2020, Andrea obtained an individual qualification in Google Analytics from Google.
