Jim Fabricius has a diverse work experience, starting in 2000 as an Entrepreneur at Resta Link, where they focused on personnel renting for the horeca sector. Jim then worked as a Restaurant Consultant at Megarus Ltd Oy, specializing in the food and beverage industry. In 2007, they became a Product Manager at Europicnic Oy and later at Picnic Finland Oy, where they were responsible for improving sales margins and product development. In 2009, they joined Fairtrade Finland – Reilu kauppa ry as a Key Account Manager, promoting Fair Trade for businesses and introducing the brand as part of clients' responsibility plans. From 2009 to 2019, Jim was an Entrepreneur at Tilitoimisto Intilit-accountancy company, offering online accounting services to small-scale companies and developing clients' business environments. In 2018, they started their own venture, Tilitoimisto Talouspiste Alfacos Ltd Oy, providing customer service and assisting entrepreneurs with their online accounting systems. Lastly, in 2022, they joined Bookers Group as a Sales Specialist.
Jim Fabricius has a diverse education history. In 1993-1994, they pursued and successfully completed a Basic Qualification in Restaurant Cookery. In 1996, they attended Keski- Uudenmaan Aikuiskoulutuskeskus, where they took part in an international training program specifically designed for professionals in the hotel, catering, and tourism services industry. In 2007-2008, they studied food production management and product development at Turku University of Applied Sciences. Following that, from 2009 to 2010, they undertook a Further Qualification in Business Administration, Financing, and Accounting at MJK- Instituutti. Furthermore, in May 2011, they obtained the Chef Rotisseur certification from the Chaine des Rotisseurs.
