Dobrin Kolev

Dobrin Kolev is an experienced procurement and strategic sourcing professional, currently serving as the Director of Global Procurement at Booking Holdings since April 2021. Prior to this role, Dobrin held positions as a Sourcing Category Strategist at Vanguard from March 2019 to April 2021, and as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing at both Time Inc. and Ameriprise Financial from March 2016 to December 2018 and August 2010 to March 2016, respectively. Dobrin also contributed to strategic sourcing as a Partner at MDSL (Union Square Associates, Inc.) from February 2002 to July 2010, and as a Manager at Mitchell Madison Group (Zeborg) from December 1996 to January 2002. Dobrin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Stony Brook University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
