Georgina Heasman

Georgina Heasman is a detailed-oriented professional with extensive experience in investigations and compliance within the hospitality and travel sectors. Since June 2019, Georgina has served as Manager of Global Investigations at Booking Holdings, overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of helpline investigations across all BHI brands, while managing partnerships with local teams to ensure adherence to company standards. Previously, Georgina held various roles at KAYAK, including Compliance & Ethics Associate and HR Manager, as well as multiple management positions at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. Georgina holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Endicott College and has pursued further education in hospitality management at Apicius International School and Shannon College.
