David M. Harroch

David M. Harroch has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. From 2004 to 2007 they were an Associate at Cooper Horowitz. In 2007 they joined FTI Consulting / Schonbraun McCann Group as an Associate, where they executed various national and international real estate due diligence and financial consulting projects. In 2008 they founded Corporate Rentals Inc., which has since been focused on digitizing property management through Booking Ninjas. In 2010 they became the Managing Director of IsraelApt.com, providing a full service apartment and villa rental bookings service in Tel Aviv and greater Israel. In 2015 they founded Buy Getaways, providing consultation on property acquisition in the Miami Dade and Broward County area, and Rent Corporate, offering high-end properties for corporate retreats, relocations, and short business trips. Since 2016 they have been the Founder/CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Booking Ninjas, a cloud-based system that helps businesses with properties and customers.

David M. Harroch obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Technology Management from Georgetown University and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Finance from Bar-Ilan University. Additionally, they obtained certifications in ISV App Development from Salesforce Trailhead in September 2016.
