Terry Rubenfeld

Terry Rubenfeld is currently the COO at Bookkeeper360. Prior to their current position, Rubenfeld served as the Chief Financial Officer at Golden Touch Imports, Inc. from January 2009 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, financial projections, managing lending relationships, internal controls, policies and procedures, interfacing systems, compensation packages, cost structuring, and preparing company for sale.

From 1997 to 2008, Rubenfeld was an audit/business consulting partner at Hertz Herson CPA LLP, a midtown Manhattan CPA firm. During their time there, they gained experience auditing privately held manufacturers and importers with sales ranging from 5M to 300M. Terry also prepared financial projections and borrowing packages for clients for outside financing and for purchase or sale of business.

Terry Rubenfeld has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant from New York State.
